She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master’s in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing. Gloria also holds multiple certifications from HubSpot and Google in areas such as social media management, reputation management, and digital advertising, including hands-on experience running and managing Meta ads.
Driven by a passion for creating change beyond the business world, Thomas went on to found The Animal Alliance, a U.S.-based international nonprofit that advances animal welfare across Latin America. Under his leadership, the organization builds cross-border partnerships, funds sustainable programs, and empowers communities through education and advocacy.
